Welcome to Honeybelle Boutique. By accessing and using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Product Colours

We make every effort to display product colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device settings. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery & Collection

We deliver across the UK, including Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland (delivery times may be longer).

  • UK deliveries are tracked.

  • Delivery options and estimated dates are shown at checkout.

  • During busy periods (such as sales or Christmas), delivery times may be extended.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item(s).

  • You have 28 days from receipt of goods to return items for a refund.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel, and then you have a further 14 days to return the items.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging where applicable).

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery, cosmetics, face coverings, swimwear with hygiene stickers removed, or underwear removed from packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

Events Outside Our Control

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, strikes, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.

Risk & Title

Goods become your responsibility once delivered. Ownership transfers only once full payment (including delivery fees) has been received.

Warranty & Liability

  • We are responsible for goods that are faulty or not as described under UK consumer law.

  • Our liability for loss or damage is limited to foreseeable damages resulting from our breach.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Age Restrictions

Our website is not intended for children under 18. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid debit/credit card.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, and branding) belongs to Honeybelle Boutique or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

Security & Acceptable Use

  • You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.

  • You must not misuse our site by uploading harmful content, attempting unauthorised access, or introducing malware.

  • Any breach may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Honeybelle Boutique.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
