Your right to cancel (UK & EU customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Once we receive the returned items in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels attached.
Items must not be damaged, altered, or show signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings, underwear, or swimwear unless faulty.
Sale or clearance items may only be returned if faulty, unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to:
Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke items.
Items where the hygiene seal has been removed (e.g., jewellery, cosmetics, or intimate clothing).
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any standard delivery costs.
How to return an item
To return an item, please:

Package the item securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Please allow up to 5–10 working days for your bank or card provider to credit the funds.
If the returned item does not meet our returns conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a partial refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.
